We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with its original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Products or Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide the best possible solution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, simply place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at support@amaryllisimports.com.

Manufacturing Defects

All products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects provided by Amaryllis Store.

Manufacturing defects reported within the first 7 days after receiving the product must be submitted directly to our Customer Support team in accordance with the warranty terms included with the product.

Defects reported after this 7-day period will not be covered.

Product Exchanges

If you have purchased a product and would like to exchange it, your request will be reviewed by our Technical Support team. Please contact us at support@amaryllisimports.com.

After reviewing your request, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the product, which can be used toward a new purchase on our website. When contacting our support team, please specify the product you would like to receive as your replacement.
